My Sound Fix is a free browser tool that helps people clear trapped water, dust, and debris from a phone speaker with sound.
The cleaner lives on one page. Longer write-ups live on the blog. The tone is generated in your browser and is not uploaded anywhere.

Lena tests browser speaker tools on the phones she carries, an iPhone and a mid-range Android. She writes the steps after running the tone herself, including what to do when the speaker still sounds dull. She updates the guides when a browser blocks playback until you tap, or when a new phone moves the speaker grille. She does not repair hardware, and a tone will not fix a torn speaker.
How the steps stay current
We run the cleaner in current versions of Chrome and Safari before a change goes live. Guide posts are checked against the buttons on the tool page. If a browser or phone update changes the flow, the tool page and the related guide are updated together.
